These Terms govern your use of VeritasAudio.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using VeritasAudio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VeritasAudio for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content
VeritasAudio plays audio files stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your audio files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play any content you import.
Subscriptions
VeritasAudio Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Age Requirement
VeritasAudio is rated 4+. The app contains no mature content, social features, or user-generated content.
Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C.L.T. Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VeritasAudio.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
